We aim to develop each players love for the game and self-belief by actively encouraging them to be brave and creative in trying new skills and techniques.
The key outcome is to provide an environment that allows players to fully express themselves and develop their own unique style.

From this positive starting point, we then begin the process of decision making inside the game and how to use one or two team mates in order to be successful.
